Place (Where do we serve our customers? Is it convenient? Do they come to us? We go to them?)
Price (Not only monetary cost, but investment of time, effort, etc. on the part of library users.)
Product (What do we offer?)
Politics (Usually refers to library stakeholders who are not also users of the library.)
Positioning (Framing your value in the context of your competitors. Do you offer something special?)
Promotion (Communicating with users. Letting them know what you are offering.)
